Why Zuhur started The Midlife List
Zuhur spent years researching remedies and supplements for her mother, a first-generation immigrant living with lupus and diabetes who had limited English. That experience showed him how difficult it can be to separate a clear label from an appealing claim—and how much context disappears when health information is hard to access.
She created The Midlife List to help women compare supplement labels, ingredient forms, studied amounts, practical routine fit, and safety questions before buying.
What we do
Our guides begin with the label and the reader’s actual question. We compare disclosed ingredients, serving directions, standardized extracts, product format, current seller information, and source-backed safety context. Commission never determines inclusion or order.
Zuhur is a publisher and supplement researcher, not a clinician. When a topic requires medical judgment, our content directs readers to a qualified health professional and relies on sources such as FDA, NIH, NCCIH, and ACOG.
Our scope
The Midlife List publishes educational reviews and comparisons for perimenopause, menopause, and midlife wellness. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace personal medical care.
